WHY THE ROSE

The rose has always known how to bloom.
Not because it tries, but because it remembers.

For me, the rose is more than a flower.
It is a living symbol of life unfolding.
A quiet teacher of how love reveals itself,
through time, through pain, through beauty, through breath.

Each petal is a layer of the self, gently opening.
Each fragrance a memory we didn’t know was ours.
Each color, a soft language of wholeness.

Even the thorns.
Where some see pain, I’ve come to see passage.
Not something to avoid, but to cross through.
Not to rise above, but to move within.

The rose doesn’t rush.
And neither do we.

This is why I offer the rose.
Not as a path to follow, but a presence to feel.
Not as something to fix, but something to remember.

Because in some way, each of us is already blooming.

MY JOURNEY WITH THE ROSES

Roses have been with me all my life.
In names. In dreams. In bloodline. In breath.

They arrived in moments of love.
They appeared in waves of pain.
They kept showing up,
until I realized: they weren’t arriving.

They were always here.
Waiting for me to notice.

Over time, I began to understand,
the rose wasn’t outside of me.
It was a mirror.
Of lineage. Of artistry. Of the quiet strength called resolve.

Each color seemed to speak a part of me:
Red for memory. Yellow for warmth. Pink for trust. Fuchsia for truth.

And one day, I saw the thorn.
Not as a warning,
but as a ladder of transition.
Not to escape.
But to allow.

Since then, the rose became my teacher.
My mirror. My melody.

And now, I offer these roses to you,
not to show you my way,
but to help you remember your own.

A Rose of Rememberance

Amanda Rose

There is a quiet ache in the body that speaks before words.
A letting go. A soft honoring of the identities that once held us.
And in that moment, there is both weight and lightness,
the memory of pain… and the beauty it leaves behind.

My daughter, Amanda Rose.
Born December 17.
Transitioned May 17.
Seventeen years old.
Seventeen as her school bus number.

These aren’t coincidences.
They are memory lines, rose-stem threads woven through time.
And her fragrance... it never left.

I remember it clearly,
our living room, full of loved ones after she passed.
And then this wave… this wind of rose fragrance
moving through the room,
as if she had just walked by, seen only by the senses of the heart.

At her celebration of life, her casket was draped in soft pink roses.
That pink became her message.
The color of her notes.
The tone of “Love Always.”
The breath behind “Broken Open.”

Both became songs,
part of the 432Hz EP.
Each note holds her presence.
Each tone became remembrance.

Her passing didn’t just break me.
It opened the ground.
It seeded everything that now grows.
It gave root to the golden rose.

She lives in every bloom I offer.
And the rose… still carries her.

This isn’t just my story.
It’s a fragrance woven into many hearts.
Maybe even yours.

Because sometimes, we are all
broken open to bloom.

WHO THIS IS FOR

an invitation to wholeness

This is not for everyone.
But it may be for you,
if something in you is tired of pushing, proving, or pretending.

It’s for those who have been surviving for so long,
they forgot what it feels like to rest inside their own breath.

It’s for the ones whose nervous systems are always braced,
even when the outside looks calm.
For those still waiting to exhale.

It’s for those who have read the books, followed the steps, tried all the healing paths,
and still feel like something essential is missing.

It’s not more effort you need.
It’s release.

This offering is for those ready to shift.
From chronic bracing and tension
to crystalline clarity.
From fight, or flight
to rest, and remembrance.
From “what do I need to fix?”
to “what if I am already whole?”

It may be for you,
if the rose has been quietly showing up in your life.
In dreams.
In names.
In scent.
In sorrow.
In the songs you didn’t know were carrying you.

It may be for you if the rose hasn’t just appeared,
it’s been waiting.
For you to remember that it wasn’t a symbol from the outside,
but a mirror from within.

This spiral isn’t for climbing.
There’s nothing to ascend.
Only breath to return to.
Only truth to soften into.

If you’ve been looking for one more tool,
this may not be it.
But if you’ve been longing for a quiet permission to just be,
this may be your yes.

A gentle, grounded invitation into wholeness.
Not a demand to change,
but an opening to release.

Because the rose doesn’t bloom under pressure.
It opens in coherence.
And so do we.
